Zoobabu is a Spanish animated series produced by BRB International and Screen 21, which debuted on Clan in Spain on November 9, 2012, despite being produced a year earlier.
Not only did it receive a great reception not only from the public, but also from different production companies that have already acquired the broadcasting rights, for example: Disney (Japan), Canal + (France), RAI (Italy), Pixel (Ukraine), Minika (Turkey), Discovery Kids (Latin America) and Al Jazeera (Arab countries).
The series was shown at the MIPJunior 2010 event in Cannes, and was nominated with several awards, such as Children's Jury and the Pulcinella Awards.
Summary
In each episode, the young viewers at home try to guess the animals that the cute box hides. Through questions and clues, the box will gradually transform into the animal in question. There are hundreds of animals that can come out, from a jellyfish, to a lizard, to a lion. Through questions and riddles, the series aims to get children to interact with it. Every day the children will have to guess which animal is hiding.
