This is a rare Warner Bros. sound effect, nicknamed the "trombone gobble", used in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts. The original version is currently not available on any professional sound effects libraries, but modified variations exist on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library as listed below.
