This sound effect was originally part of the Major Records Sound Effects Library from Valentino, but has since gone out of print after Valentino Music shut down in the early 2010s. It is found on Valentino Vintage SFX's album "Vintage SFX - Animals".
It includes Hollywoodedge, Dolphin Chirps Vocal PE024601, as well as another one of Flipper's "laughs" that isn't available on any Hollywood Edge library (or the Turner Entertainment Co. Sound Effects Library by Sound Ideas).
