This sound effect was originally part of the Major Records Sound Effects Library from Valentino, but has since gone out of print after Valentino Music shut down in the early 2010s. It's basically the same sound as Sound Ideas, CRASH, AUTO - SKID AND LARGE AUTO CRASH, CARTOON from the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library from Sound Ideas, which was originally an MGM sound effect.
