This sound effect has been evading me for quite some time, and I would love to know the name of it.
One of the games it's used in is Twisted Metal 2, when using Axel's special weapon, this echoing, laser-like sound effect starts followed by the words, "AXEL POWER!" Another game I've heard this laser in is The Jersey Devil. Not many people know this, but it was used in the entrance music of WCW superstar, The Shockmaster.
Does anyone know the name or serial number of this sound effect?
