Based on the original character of the same name,  Inspector Closeau works at a French Police station and has to solve various crimes.  His Sidekick is his Spanish Immigrant weary eyed partner, Sargent Deux Deux With his Boss The Commisoner,  Most of the Humor comes from the Villians of the show, Sargent Deaux Deaux's weariness,  And More.
