The 1986 vinyl reissue.

The 1986 CD reissue.

The Hanna-Barbera Library of Sounds is a sound effects library made and distributed by Hanna-Barbera Productions, largely for use in radio stations and similar production facilities. It was first released in 1973 on seven LP records, branded as "Series A," as H-B was to presumably release more volumes in the library labeled by letter, but it never came to be (which would explain why this library has noticeably lesser categories and effects than the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library from Sound Ideas Canada Ltd. released twenty years later.) This "Series A" release was reissued by Hanna-Barbera in 1986, again on seven LP records but also as a two-CD set.
