This sound effect can be found on Sony Pictures Sound Effects Library Volumes 6-10, which was made by Sound Ideas. A similar sound can be also heard in Explosion No Debris EXP020201, which can be found on Patricio Libenson Explosions for the 21st Century. It debuted in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock in 1984. It sounds similar to, but shouldn't be confused with WHOOSH - SYNTHESIZED JET FLY BY though.
