This sound effect can be found on The International Sound Effects Library , which was made by Sound Ideas . It's the same sound effect as "Boings" , originally an Audio Fidelity effect. A sped-up edit of the first boing is included in Crashy Springy . The first sproing was also released on the Classic TV Sound Effects Library as COMEDY, BOING - WOBBLY BOING 01 . A lower quality version of the 2nd sproing was also reissued on an unidentified sound library from the late 80s, likely the Digital Sound Series from OMI, and a sped-up edit of it is the Unknown Twang Sound .
