This sound effect can be found on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It's included (and in reverse) in HIT, CARTOON - ZIP AND HEAVY THUMP/THUMP, CARTOON - HEAVY THUMP. A very low pitched version of this is used for Cartoon Raspberries TE021501. It was originally an UPA sound effect. It is not to be confused with SPURT, CARTOON - OIL SPURT 02 from the Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends Sound Effects Library.
