Sesame Street Celebrates Around the World is a 1994 Sesame Street New Year's Eve video special with guest appearances of characters from the international versions of Sesame Street. This special originally December 29, 1993. But it's released 1994 on Home Video. This special also marked Steve Whitmire's first performance as Ernie on Sesame Street.

Storyline

It's New Year's Eve on Sesame Street and around the world! Anchorman Elmo and the Monster News Network provide special reports showing us the New Year's customs and celebrations.
