Scarface 2: The World Is Yours is a 1997 crime comedy drama film directed by Brian De Palma, written by Oliver Stone and produced by Kasumi Kobayashi for Pocky Prunce Productions. It is a American-Japanese co-production between Pocky Prunce Productions and OLM, Inc..

The film is a pseudo-sequel of the 1983 film directed by Palma himself, which changes the ending of the film so that Tony Montana (originally played by Al Pacino, who reprised his role) survives, and sets about exacting revenge on those who ousted him from power by re-establishing his drug empire in Miami.

Scarface 2: The World Is Yours premiered in Miami on March 31, 1997 and was released on April 1 by Universal Pictures, to moderately positive reviews and was a financial success, earning $45 million at the domestic box office and $66 million worldwide. It was also praised for maintaining the tone of its predecessor, for its humor, and for the accuracy of the depiction of Montana himself. It won Academy Awards for Best Actor, Best Editing, Best Makeup, Best Visual Effects, Best Sound and Best Sound Effects Editing.

A video game adaptation of the same name was released by Radical Entertainment and Vivendi Games for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, Xbox and Wii on October 10, 2006.

The film follows during the final scene of its predecessor, with the mansion of Tony Montana under attack from assassins sent by Alejandro Sosa. When Tony survives, his quest to kill Sosa begins.
