This's a Skywalker Sound sound effect. It sounds more or less like (but may not actually be) a +12 pitch version of the infamous Disney Ricochet. It shouldn't be confused with the aforementioned Sound Ideas sound effect Theoretically, it might've been considered as a stock sound effect though.
