This is a Skywalker Sound sound effect that was created by Ben Burtt and/or Randy Thom and debuted in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983). It maybe is a standard variant of SKYWALKER, WHISTLE - FIREWORK WHISTLE though, but it shouldn't be confused with Sound Ideas, BOMB, WHISTLE - BOMB FALLING: WHISTLE-BY 01/Bomb Drops - Falling from Distance, or any other popular falling whistle sounds.
