This's a Skywalker Sound sound effect, probably created by Ben Burtt and/or his team for Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984). It sounds pretty much like, and/or similar to, but not to be confused with Hollywoodedge, Various Bullets Whiz PE403105 though.
