Pomann Sound

Pomann Sound is a post-production sound design studio that was founded in 1984 by Bob Pomann, the founder of the studio. It was located in New York City, NY. The studio produced sound effects for shows created by Jim Jinkins and was owned by Jumbo Pictures, now known as Cartoon Pizza (which went defunct in 2010 but still has a website), like Doug, PB&J Otter, Stanley, Pinky Dinky Doo, and JoJo's Circus, as well as other shows by other East Coast-based cartoonists and creators, like Little Einsteins, Codename: Kids Next Door, Kiff, the "Henry and June" segments in KaBlam!, Little Bill, and Sheep in the Big City. The studio also produced sound effects for movies as well, like Doug’s 1st Movie and Little Einsteins: Our Huge Adventure.

They also did mixing and voice direction for productions like Eloise: The Animated Series, WordWorld, several Warner Bros. Animation productions, and My Little Pony: A New Generation.
