Mitsuru Kashiwabara (柏原 満 Kashiwabara Mitsuru, born 1933 in Kochi Prefecture, Japan, died November 18, 2024) was a Japanese sound designer that worked on the following shows, movies and others. He previously worked for Aoi Studio and currently for T.E.O. (東京演劇音響研究所 Tōkyō Engeki Onkyō Kenkyūjo, literally meaning Tokyo Drama Sound Laboratory), where it was founded in 1965 by its CEO Daisuke Hata (秦大介). He died on November 18, 2024 at the age of 91.
Kashiwabara is well-known for his sound design and edition on the 1979 anime Doraemon and the 1986 anime film Super Mario Bros.: The Great Mission to Rescue Princess Peach!.
