Matt's Life is a Canadian Flash-animated comedy web series created by animator Matt Duran. The series is primarily hosted on Newgrounds, where it first debuted in 2023. Known for its absurdist humor, hand-drawn animation style, and quirky storytelling, Matt's Life centres around the misadventures of its titular character, Matt, and his friends in a chaotic yet comically mundane world.

Matt's Life follows a stylized version of the creator, Matt, as he navigates a surreal interpretation of everyday life. Episodes are usually short and focus on simple situations—such as buying donuts or celebrating Christmas—that spiral out of control due to bizarre circumstances, odd character decisions, or comedic timing.

The series was created by Matt Duran, a young Canadian animator who began publishing his work on Newgrounds in 2023 under the username “mattslife.” Inspired by classic internet animation and Flash-era comedy, the series uses Adobe Flash (known today as Adobe Animate) and sometimes Toon Boom Harmony for production, often featuring minimalist designs and a hand-drawn aesthetic.
