This's a sound effect created by Joel Valentine. It may be on Joel's ADAP library as it is also used by Hacienda Post and Warner Bros. Post Production Creative Services.

It is NOT to be confused with any of the Hanna-Barbera/Universal Studios explosions, even though Joel Valentine tends to use higher-quality, processed and/or modified versions of that infamous "POH-WAHH-WAHHHHH!" sound.
