This sound effect can be found on The Premiere Edition Volume 9, which was made by The Hollywood Edge. It was originally a Skywalker Sound sound effect that was created by Ben Burtt, and debuted in More American Graffiti in 1979, before the Hollywood Edge picked it up in 2008.
