It is a combination of two separate crash sound effects, Hollywoodedge, Crash Metal Shatter PE110401 and Hollywoodedge, Car Crash Small Metal PE112101 (with their ends cut out), which are available on The Premiere Edition Volume 1 (also made by The Hollywood Edge).
