It's a high pitched version of BIRDS, VARIOUS - LIGHT CHIRPING, ANIMAL, a sound effect from the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library (distributed by Sound Ideas). It was originally a Valentino sound effect. Despite being labelled as a canary sound, the sound actually comes from a mockingbird.
