Since then in the 80s to early-90s, Animation City Editorial Services, Inc., Saturday Morning Incorporated, Advantage Audio, Horta Editorial & Sound/Hacienda Post, and Joel Valentine eventually used this sound effect for their various post production sound services companies projects work in some medias today (like SpongeBob SquarePants, Rainbow Brite, The Get-Along Gang, DuckTales, Alvin and the Chipmunks, etc.) It shouldn't be confused with SMB Jump Sound, which sounds somewhat similar.
