This sound effect can be found on the Network Sound Effects Library, made by Network Music and distributed by Sound Ideas. Some of the horns are nearly identical to the ones on Cartoon Trax Volume 1. Hanna-Barbera has occasionally used this sound effect as well. It's also included in COMEDY - MONTAGE OF VARIOUS COMEDY EFFECTS 02 on the Universal Studios Sound Effects Library. The first part should not be confused for a reversed version of Rapid Spin Object CRT041601. The second part is an alternate version of Disney - Funny Engine Sputters with Horns, originally a Disney sound.
