This sound effect can be found on Authentic Sound Effects Volume 6 (1964) which was made by Elektra Records. It is the same sound effect as Sound Ideas, AIRPLANE, PROP - LONG DIVE 02, which is a much higher-pitched version of Sound Ideas, AIRPLANE, PROP - LONG DIVE 01, which were originally Universal Studios sound effects.
This sound effects cluster is primarily Sound Ideas, AIRPLANE, SINGLE PROP - TBF: EXT: POWER DIVE, mixed with a siren as an imitation of the Junkers Ju 87 Stuka dive bomber. It is usually used, either outside of historically accurate context for airplanes diving (i.e. World War movies), or for cartoon characters falling.
