This is a Disney sound effect that's not included on either Cartoon Trax Volume 1 or the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library. It debuted in the Mickey Mouse short "The Worm Turns" (1937), and originally came from the now-defunct Standard Sound Effects Library, and was edited by Disney to remove the car motor and tires skidding before the impact. A truncated edit of the crash is also incorporated in the crash element of one of the cuts in Auto Crashes (10 Cuts), a Robert Hall effect.
