Dennis the Menace in Mayday for Mother is an animated DePatie-Freleng Television Special made in 1981.

Storyline

America's Favorite mischief-maker, Dennis the Menace, comes to life in this animated family adventure.  As always, the good intentions of Hank Ketcham's enduring comic strip creation go haywire as Dennis attempts to celebrate Mother's Day in his own unique and rib-tickling fashion. Hysterical complications ensue as Dennis prepares a "special breakfast" for his ever-loving mom and takes his act on the road when the family and Mr. Wilson decide to go out for dinner.
