Daffy Duck for President is an animated short based on the Chuck Jones children's book from 1997. It was produced by Spike Brandt, Tony Cervone, and Linda M. Steiner, and was dedicated to Chuck Jones (who died in 2002).
The short was planned for a theatrical release, but was canceled due to the failure of Looney Tunes: Back in Action, and was instead released as a bonus on Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol. 2, and later Looney Tunes DVD releases.
