It does not include specials that use H-B ZIP, CARTOON - LOW WHISTLE ZING OUT or H-B ZIP, CARTOON - HIGH WHISTLE ZING OUT, due to both sound effects being the same as the aforementioned sound effect but in different pitches, nor does it include specials that use H-B ZIP, CARTOON - BIG WHISTLE ZING OUT, LONG, due to it being exactly the same sound effect but with a longer whistle at the end.
