Storyline
While trick or treating on Halloween, Witch Hazel mistakens Bugs Bunny's costume for a real witch, who thinks that she is uglier than she is. So she invites her to tea as an attempt to make her more beautiful than ugly. But when she finds out that the witch really Bugs Bunny, she finds out he has something that she needs to finish her brew.
