 Storyline[]

The film begins 3 years after Zip and Betty's marriage. Gracie, Stretch and the others were enjoying their day at home, when they saw Nanook, Bruno and Butch getting everything prepared for the birth of Betty's new baby kitten. Gracie and Stretch tells them how great it would be for Betty and Zip to start a family.

One day, Betty and Zip arrived and tells the gang that they're gonna have a baby kitten, much to their delight. Pinky asked them who gets to pick out a name for their baby, Zip tell them their not sure yet, but assures them that they'll know what it would be, when they see it. Meanwhile in the dark, Betty's cynical twin cousin Fussy, was reading the newspaper when she saw Betty and Zip making the cover, angered by this (due to her hatred of Zip), Fussy swears that Betty (Who she addressed as "Bootleg") cannot be married to him, and plans to separate them.

The next day, Gracie, Stretch, Loosey, Stilts and Pinky were walking around near the woods, when they were suddenly confronted by Kooky and his minions, Cheat, Beani and Tracks. They chase after the gang, who quickly made their escape. Gracie managed to outsmart the Evil Cat Gang by tricking them into chasing them, in the other direction, which they fell for it. and they quickly ran back inside. Stretch was pleased with Gracie for bamboozling Kooky and his gang. Stilts tells them that if the Kooky ever shows his face again he would give him a peace of his mind the next time they see him.

Later one night, Zip and Betty are desperately trying to stop Fussy from throwing a tantrum at them, while Fussy complains that her days of bossing Betty around were wasted because of Zip. Betty restrains Fussy, until Chip breaks up the fight, as Fussy faints. Chip asks Zip and Betty what was going on, and they explained that they were minding their own business, when Fussy came in. They also told him how crazy Fussy was, as Chip assures them that Fussy parents are on their way to pick her up. As Zip and Betty walked outside, Fussy woke up and is scolded by Chip, who claims haters gonna hate and suggest that Fussy runs back home before she gets jealous. Fussy claims she is not jealous and files a complaint about marriage and pregnancy. Zip and Betty laugh it off as they know that Fussy wouldn't know how to pick a date and have a baby kitten of her own.

Meanwhile at the farm, Midnight and Patti were speaking with Gracie about families, Patti was talking about the idea of Babysitting a kitten and Midnight was talking about creating the family tree. Gracie then shared her thoughts with them about how Zip and Betty's future would look like if they have grandkids and their homes. Back at their home, Loosey and Stilts were showing Peppermint where they played around in the summer of 2017, while Pinky recaps the accident that happened with the pretend flattened foot and the tumbling and where he landed into the mud puddle. Near the road barrier fence, Baldy was telling Caw that Zip and Betty are excited to have their own child and that they'll get a problem, if Fussy causes trouble. Hearing a ruckus inside the house, Caw tells Baldy that Fussy is already causing trouble inside.

Inside the house, Fussy angrily attacks Zip and tries to call the police, but Betty defends Zip and pulls him off of Fussy's paws, and Chip protects him. Fussy argues with Betty and forces her to divorce Zip, but Betty refuses and berates her for not being good to her and Zip. They both fight against each other, until Prance intervenes and tells Fussy to get her hands off of Betty. Fussy, hating Betty's correct name, foolishly tells him that her name is Bootleg, while Betty corrects her. As Fussy throws another fit and tries to attack Betty, Prance interrupts her and tells her to stop calling Betty names, but she refuses as was about to attack him, instead. Finally fed up with Fussy's ungrateful behavior towards Betty, Prance bans Fussy from their house. Fussy tries to threaten him that Betty will dump Zip, the next time she tells her to, but Prance kicks her out, claiming that "Their won't BE a next time!" and slams the door on her. Prance apologizes to them for what happened today and Betty thanks him with a hug.

The next day, While Stretch and Gracie were walking around the fields, Sarge and Sneaky informs them that they have just heard that somebody has gotten kicked out of their home for assaulting Zip because she hates the idea of marriage and tries to blackmail Zip by forcing the police to falsely arrest him for no reason. Stretch wondered if it was one of the mean chicks who got her comeuppance and Gracie assures him that maybe someday she'll change her mind and apologize to him for doing so. Meanwhile Fussy was still upset that Zip and Betty are having Kittens, then she disowns her parents and ran away from home. Fussy broke down in tears when she heard Zip and Betty having fun together, much to her chagrin.

As Gracie, Stretch, and three of the others were walking through the fields, they ended up being confronted by Kooky and his companions again, they quickly made a run for it, when Pinky tripped and the gang tumbled down the hill into the ditch. Surprised by the accident, Kooky, Cheat, Beani and Tracks raced back to tell the boss. Unharmed, Gracie and the gang walked all the way up the hill and into the basement at the house, when they saw Betty weeping and Zip comforting her. Gracie asked what was wrong and that they should be happy that they're getting their kitten, Betty tells her that it was the happiest day of their life until some female jerk got in between them. Stretch questions who it was and that he'll kick whoever tries to take Betty's life away, which Betty explains that it was her twin cousin, Fussy whose trying to ruin her life. Zip also tells them that she was also trying to get rid of him, as well as claiming that she's certainly no cousin in-law of his. Gracie, feeling sorry for their bashed and abused lives, decides to convince them to stand up to Fussy and that she cannot let her harshness get in the way of them starting a family. Betty agrees with her, saying that it'll be worth a try, and hates to assume that she'll beat her up if she keeps defending Zip. Gracie then tells her that she and her friends have got their backs and Stretch tells them that they'll deal with Kooky and his goons claiming that they'll be out of harms way. And just as Gracie promises to make sure Betty gets her baby kitten, before anything bad happens, Fussy appears before them and Gracie and Stretch defends Zip and Betty. Then, Kooky and his minions arrived and revealed that they've been working for Fussy all along. Fussy reveals her true colors to Betty and threatens to force Betty to break up with Zip, But she refuses and runs away with Gracie and the gang. Fussy and her 4 goons chase after Betty and the gang and once Fussy threatens to make Betty pay, Betty kicks her off and sends her falling into the ditch. After Betty and the others left, Fussy climbs out of the ditch and angrily swears revenge against Betty, Gracie and the gang.

As the gang arrived back at their home, they encounter Scorch and Magic who introduces them to their new friend, Denny the chinese dragon. Gracie and the others befriend Denny and Denny tells them that he's happy to help stop Fussy from blackmailing Betty with her abusive nature. Icy tells Gracie and the others that just to be safe, she'll just stay inside the house and watch, which Gracie responds with "That's a good girl".

The next early morning as dawn was about to strike, Gracie and her gang prepare to battle Fussy and her minions. At sunrise as both squads approach the battlefield, Stretch warns Fussy to go away, but Fussy refuses and continues to blame Betty, rather than herself for the ruined lives and threatens to beat Betty mercilessly until she gives in to her demands. Kooky tells Gracie's gang that working for Fussy is a cinch and that all he and his friends had to do is do what she says. Loosey confronts Kooky for helping Fussy destroy Zip's family tree, with Patti insulting Kooky by calling him "Bad Kitty Brat", which Kooky corrects her with "JUST BAD KITTY!!!" and pushes her away. As the battle begins, Zip climbs aboard Scorch and Betty climbs aboard Magic. Tracks pursues Betty but not before getting easily defeated by his fear of heights, as he looses his grip and falls into the bushes where he gets arrested by the Canine FBI. Magic brings Betty to the ground and flew back, right before Beani confronts her. Betty then insults him with "Your eyes were so scary, they be floating on a high peak!", Enraged by her insult, Beani charges towards Betty who easily trips him off the edge of the cliff sending him falling to his death. Meanwhile Cheat was chasing after Zip, when she climbed on Scorch to confront him, only to be easily kicked in the face by Zip, as she gets blown away by the wind and falls to her death, much to Kooky's shock.

Just as Scorch drops Zip off and He and Betty reunite, they were suddenly confronted by Fussy and her army of Bad Cats (Including Kooky), They chase after those two married couple, when Chip and Prance helped them escape and has their feline friends help them hold them off. By the time Fussy spotted Zip and Betty escaping, she angrily pursues them (abandoning her gang as well). Fussy corners Betty and threatens to murder Zip, just like she murdered his parents, if she doesn't let her call the cops on Zip, who is angry at Fussy for murdering his parents. Once more, Betty tries to warn Fussy to leave Zip alone, but Fussy forces her to do what she tells her. Having finally had enough of Fussy calling her "Bootleg", Betty angrily disowns Fussy for being a sore excuse of a twin cousin to her. She and Zip climb aboard Denny and flew away with him. Fussy, now having lost what's left of her sanity, chases after the trio, but not before Gracie ordered Caw, Baldy and Patti to go after Fussy and make sure she doesn't reach Betty and Zip.

Gracie and the others easily defeat Kooky and Fussy's armies and warns them to stay out of their home. which they did so by running away. As the Beanie Babies celebrate the defeat of Fussy's armies, Gracie warns them that one of them might return and assures them that when one of them does return, they'll be ready for him. Meanwhile Denny, Zip and Betty were still flying away from Fussy, who is still chasing them savagely. As Denny drops Zip and Betty off, Fussy tries one last attempt to attack Betty and Zip, only for Denny to give her the Karma she deserved for abusing Betty and Zip, by using his tail to send her flying onto a poll transformer where she was violently electrocuted to death, much to the other Beanie Babies' amusement. Fussy's dead corpse then plummets to the ground after the electric shock has stopped, Zip's parents have been avenged by Fussy's death. Denny then picks up Zip and Betty, as the other beanie babies head for back home.

Just as the beanie babies reunite, Kooky suddenly appears and confronts the gang with "You may have bested me this time, But I still got a chance to get back at you!", Baldy then challenges him to a face off, which Kooky accepts (while secretly planning to kill him). Moments later during their fight, Patti was concerned for Baldy's life and tries to warn him that Kooky was about to kill him, but Baldy ignores her by telling her to stay out of his fights, but Patti, refusing to leave, has decided to do what's right. After Baldy easily beats Kooky serveral times, Kooky threatens to kill Baldy, but Baldy tells him that he doesn't care, knowing he is gonna tackle him first. Before Kooky has a chance to kill Baldy, who was about to attack Kooky one last time, Patti instead sacrifices herself to save Baldy and attacks Kooky, who later kills Patti by breaking her neck and tosses her into the chasm to her death, much to everyone's shock and horror.

Kooky then begins chasing Gracie, who was too late to stop Patti from letting herself get killed. Gracie then makes her escape and climbs aboard Denny the dragon, Kooky hops after them. Just as Kooky was about to finish Gracie off, he started to realize that he too was afraid of heights. Gracie stood up to him, claiming that up here, it's where he'll be taking the fall. Gracie then delivers a punch to Kooky, as payback for murdering Patti. Kooky ends up falling down a hugh height, screaming until the edge of the cliff hits the back of his head and his dead corpse falls into the river, Avenging Patti the platypus at the moment. After the Beanie Babies celebrated the defeat of Fussy and her goons, Gracie sadly mourns the loss of Patti the platypus, and Baldy started to feel grateful to Patti for saving his life from a gruesome death.

The next day back home, Gracie and the others had a funeral for Patti the platypus, bidding their final farewell to her as well. Later on, Gracie and Stretch present Betty and Zip with a basket for her new kitten. Zip and Betty were happy with their gift and thanks the duo for their great work. As the years went by, Gracie and Stretch have babies of their own. The film ends with them playing around with their friends, including Zip and Betty's baby kitten, at their home.

In the post credit scene, Ants tells the audience that the film is over, and suggests that they go home, and leaves.
