This was originally an anime sound effect, but one of its many variations can be found on CARTOON, ACCENT - CARTOON, CARTOON, 20 VERSIONS, DIGIFFECTS as the 6th sound. It was possibly picked up from the 1st episode of Doctor Snuggles. It was also included as Cartoon FX - Crash 01 on the Universe of Sounds library as well.
